Louis has been joining our one on one personal training since Feb 2016. The custom-made program focus on weight control, he shed 20 kg in a steady and secure way within the preliminary six months, apart from that, his overall range of mobility and body strength has a well-improved performance as well.

Karlie has been joining one on one personal training since Aug 2016. Our fitness program aims to strengthen her core and helping to achieve her fitness goal.

She has been joining our one on one personal training since May 2016.The custom-made program leads her to build up overall strength as well as endurance, it's significant for Amelie to challenge of her first full marathons. .

Jason has been joining our personal training since April 2016. Our program focus on increasing his muscle endurance as well as boosting full body power.

Margaret has been joining our personal training since Jan 2017.  We set the program concentrate on muscle strengthen as well as full body sculpting. .

Emmy has been joining one on one personal training since July 2016. We designed a fitness program to strengthen her full body and helping to reach her healthy goal.
