準備提示
請自備瑜伽墊及足夠飲用水量,穿著合識的行山服裝及行山鞋。
活動前1.5 或 2小時吃輕量早餐。
帶備戶外帽子及防曬護膚用品。

往山頂交通
建議方法1: 1號小巴 (港鐵香港站E出口上IFC,經由IFC往四季酒店方向的行人天橋,步行到橋尾有樓梯的指示牌,再按指示落樓梯到公共運輸交匯處)
建議方法2: 新巴15 號巴士 ( 總站:中環 5 號碼頭; 中途站: 交易廣場 /金鐘道 / 皇后 大道東 ) http://www.nwstbus.com.hk/

PREPARATION
Bring your mat, wearing proper apparel and shoes for hiking, bring water to stay hydrated
Having a very light meal 1.5 - 2 hours before the activity.
Wearing outside hat and sunblock for the skin.
