CANCELLATION POLICY

PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP CLASSES 

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session or need to reschedule your session, please inform the studio at least 24 hours before your session. If you give notice in less than 12 hours, your session will still be charged.

Students recommended following their training schedule, which is showing in the receipt or our Booking App. All sessions could able and should complete within the expiry date. 

If any cancellation or reschedule is requested by the student and fulfilled the requirement of 24 hours prior notice, we can grant one chance for the session to reschedule on the next training day. Session reschedule is not allowed more than three times within the package. 

If our studio needs to cancel the session, we will arrange the cancelled session to move onto the next training day.  

Any payment is made. Only application of withdrawal with medical reasons will be considered. Medical certificates issued by medical practitioners (Registered to The Medical Council of Hong Kong) must submit to us.
